We are pleased to see the withdrawal and hope this resolves the matter dispositively.

The attempt to trademark "The Alexander Hamilton Center" was ill-considered. A trademark filing requires sworn testimony as to clear ownership and intent to use with some unpleasant fine print attaching to noncompliance with either of those requirements.

A welcome development, which could be a first step toward reconciliation.
