how would anybody else know?

Is confidentiality by trustees always consistent with loyalty?  Is there always an indentity of interests between the trustees, administrators, and the higher purpose of the institution?   “Trustees are committed to confidentiality, so how would anybody else know about it unless they went out and discussed it?”   You decide.  

And is the topic relevant to the board minutes of the meeting regarding the AHC?

Has anyone asked John Miller of the National Review for access to his documents? One suspects that he has the goods on the faculty-trustee cabal that brought down the AHC.
