Something important has happened, but we have neither full details nor a complete understanding of the broader implications. Nor is it clear that the information is ours to disclose. We'll sort it out and let you know more when we can.
In the meantime we're going to take some time off for the 4th and celebrate our Independance Day.
Let's be optimistic. Maybe Stewart has finally read the writing on the wall and has announced her resignation? Better yet, maybe the trustees have started to take their jobs seriously and fired her.
Since we are speculating blindly and without cost, is anyone willing to bet on the possibility that those who insist on the 'appearance' of diversity may have opened their minds to the existence of diversity of thought?

Yes, it would be good for people on campus to hear more about
- the true age of the earth - the fallacy that earth's climate is being affected by the combustion of fossil fuels - the obsolescence of affirmative action now that african-americans have fully recovered from the effects of 250 years of slavery in the US - the fact that homosexuality is a lifestyle choice - the fight for freedom in Iraq - the centrality of the earth in the solar system

Perhaps news is good.
Good or bad news?
Does anyone in the blogosphere have a clue as to what all this means?
It is a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma.

Let me guess. Paquette, Hamilton's lone conservative, has decided to take the AHC, Menges's money, and his big mouth to another college.
Is "Skeptic" a sockpuppet for "Insider"? Same harsh tone of personal attack.
when will we find out?
For Hunter Brown,
When will this news about Paquette and the AHC break?
Anon makes many assumptions.

Chief, sarcasm is the lowest form of wit.

Any ideas as to what news about Paquette and the AHC?
